Brother has had a presence in the New Zealand market for over 50 years. In that time we have grown to be one of the leading providers of print and imaging equipment, sewing machines and labelling hardware in New Zealand. We service the retail, corporate and business to business markets and offer an array of services that transcend that of most other local organisations. For example we are the only print manufacturer to provide free post recycling bags with our Inkjet Multifunction cartons and entry level laser products. Our recycling programme and ISO14001 accredited environmental system sets us apart and truly supports our Mission Statement which is “With integrity, we sell and support Brother products and solutions”. It forms part of our Corporate Social Responsibility awareness and “Global Vision” which dictates that in every action an employee undertakes we act with the environment and society in mind. Brother International (NZ) Limited (BINZ) markets Brother branded finished goods, spares and consumables nationwide and throughout the Pacific and has been operating in New Zealand for over 50 years. This is also extended to our locally developed services aimed at our corporate and small to medium size company customers. Our head office, warehousing, technical training operation and technical support is situated in Lower Hutt, Wellington and provides after sales services through a locally employed in-house help desk and nationwide servicing via authorised technical service providers. BINZ also operates sales offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
