Managed Print Services
Brother Managed Print Services (MPS) will bring order to your printing and imaging
fleet that requires minimal active involvement from you. It allows costs to be identified
and structured to allow for accurate budgeting including day to day servicing and
fleet management that allows you to devote more time to your core business.
If your printing and imaging environment has evolved randomly without clear goals and planning, you may have unsuitable devices that do not meet user needs. These environments are usually expensive to maintain and may consign your printing and imaging fleet to an annual cycle of increasing costs and growing frustration from users
Even though it’s a 3 year contract, we won’t penalise customers who have difficulty estimating how many prints and copies were produced in the last year. For example, you will not be penalised if you do not print the minimum monthly agreed output. In fact with Brother’s MPS you receive a credit on the completion of the contract.
Because it’s a monthly operating expense, there will be no more instances of unforeseen
capital expense related to your printer fleet. In addition Brother and our Managed
