Terms and Conditions of “Win Ryobi for Dad with P-touch” Prize draw
Competition commences 1 August 2010 and closes 31st August 2010. Competition only
open to customers who purchase Brother P-touch labelling machines between the stated
competition dates.
To enter the prize draw, purchasers of any Brother P-touch labeller must enter online
at www.brother.co.nz, click on the “Special
Offers” banner on the Brother home page, click “Win Ryobi for Dad with P-touch”
and fi ll in the competition details.
The winners will be drawn at 4pm 1 September 2010 and will be notifi ed by telephone.
If Brother is unable to make contact with the winners by 5pm 8 September 2010, they
reserve the right to redraw or re-allocate.
You must hold onto your proof of purchase as you may be asked to present this in
order to validate your entry.
Strictly one entry per P-touch machine.
Prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for money.
There are 5 Ryobi Prize Packs available. A Ryobi prize pack is the 18V 4 Piece Lithium
Kit’s (contains Drill Driver, Reciprocating Saw, Circular Saw, Torch, 2 x 18 Volt
1.5Ah Lithium ion Batteries, 1 x Fast Multi Chemistry Charger and Carry Bag worth
$599). Brother reserves the right to change any prize pack elements if any of the
prize pack contents are unavailable at the time of the prize draw. Also includes
delivery to anywhere in New Zealand.
Brother International (NZ) Limited and participating businesses will not be liable
for any loss or damage arising out of or relating to the prize.
Insurance and warranties over and above the normal manufacturer’s warranty are the
responsibility of the winner once the prize pack has been delivered.
Employees and their immediate families of Brother International (NZ) Limited, Ryobi,
and participating retailers, supplier and agencies, are not eligible to enter this
promotion.
Judges decision is fi nal and no correspondence will be entered into.
