Brother International (NZ) Limited is the New Zealand market leader in the sale of printers, multi-function devices and fax product through our valued dealer network. We require a Regional Account Manager to manage the designated sales territory and positively contribute towards the close relationship we enjoy with our dealers and customers.
The role is based in Auckland and will require regular travel around the Auckland-Waikato, Bay Of Plenty, Taupo region. The role involves calling on our Brother dealer network, providing merchandising, sales training, obtaining orders and fulfilling customer’s needs. There will be some requirement for in-store weekend representation, sales conferences and road shows.
We require a person who can work on a sole-charge basis, is trustworthy, reliable, and work with integrity in representing our leading brand. The successful applicant will require excellent communication, organization and time-management skills, and have the ability to deal with a wide range of customers.

Brother International (NZ) Limited is the New Zealand market leader in the sale of printers, multi-function centres and fax product through our valued corporate and dealer network. We require a Sales Support Consultant to join our small hard working team based in Gracefield, Lower Hutt.
You will be required to:
- Answer phone and email requests from our dealer network - providing correct product, quantity and price information
- Assist in customer returns and return authorizations
- Back up for our Reception role/ Admin duties
- Telesupport outgoing Dealer calls
- Process and key orders daily
- Process and advise backorder notifications to Dealers
The successful applicant will require excellent communication, organization and time-management skills. Ideally you have phone support experience, and thrive in a time driven busy environment of getting our products to our valued customers in a timely fashion. You need to have the ability to deal with a wide range of customers and also be the link between our great sales team and telesupport activities. Computer literacy with accurate data entry skills is crucial to this role. Knowledge of stock inventory systems is desirable.
