To ensure the best operation of the machine and user safety, the machine should be located in a well ventilated room when large print/copy runs are carried out. The machine's exterior casing requires regular cleaning to maintain performance. When cleaning the machine’s covers, use spray and wipe and not an alcohol based substance. This should be applied to a cloth first and not sprayed directly onto the machines exterior.
Caring for your consumables
All spare consumables need to be stored out of the reach of children. Paper and spare consumables should be stored in a warm dry area to maintain print quality. Do not remove the consumable from its original packaging until it is required. Toner cartridges should not be forced open as the content may be harmful, forcing open any cartridge will void any Consumable Warranty.
