Caring for your machine
Extended use in poorly ventilated rooms or mass copying increases the odour of ozone, which may cause discomfort in the office environment. Furthermore, proper ventilation should be ensured during mass copying because chemical substances are emitted.
Caring for your consumables
All spare consumables need to be stored out of the reach of children. Paper and spare consumables should be stored in a warm dry area to maintain print quality. Do not remove the consumable from its original packaging until it is required. Toner cartridges should not be forced open as the content may be harmful, forcing open any cartridge will void any Consumable Warranty.
