14 DAY SUPPORTIn the unlikely event your Brother product fails in any way within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase, call the Brother 14 Day Customer Support Help Line on 0800 454 677. This service is available during normal office hours. The fault will be remedied free of charge. For customers who live significant distances from the nearest repair agent, Brother reserves the right to replace (rather than repair) a product at Brother’s cost. The dispatching of a Brother-nominated technician at a time to suit the customer will be coordinated by the Brother Helpdesk.

If you experience a problem with your product after the initial 14 days have expired, Brother International (NZ) Limited will repair this product free of charge for defective materials or workmanship. This applies for one year (three years for label makers) from the initial date of purchase. All parts found to be defective within this warranty period will be replaced free of charge. This warranty does not include general maintenance kits, normal wear and tear, cleaning, or any damage as the result of accident, neglect or misuse. To maintain a high standard of operation Brother recommends the use of only genuine approved Brother manufactured consumables. The use of non-genuine Brother manufactured, refilled or compatible consumables may affect the performance of this product and will void the Brother product warranty. Other parts or supplies not specifically sold or approved by BROTHER INTERNATIONAL (NZ) LIMITED may also affect the performance of this product and may void the Brother product warranty.

In the event of resale, the balance of the warranty is transferable, with proof of purchase.
At no time does Brother International (NZ) Limited accept liability for any freight or transportation costs or for any damage during transit; nor any consequential damages seemingly relating to the product or it’s related components.
