Our employees base their decisions and actions on the guidelines set out in the Brother Group Global Charter, which has policies centred on: “commitment to quality”, “customer first” and “care for the environment”.
In order to live and breathe these responsibilities, we have implemented an extensive CSR management programme. Nowhere is this better illustrated than in our ISO 14001 Environmental standards and ISO 9001 Quality standard certification.
