Remember, you must also provide a valid tax invoice/receipt as proof of purchase by posting a copy to “Brother Cashbacks, Brother International (NZ) Limited, PO Box 248, Tauranga 3144”, or email to cashbacks@brother.co.nz. You’ll need to send in a copy of your receipt via email or post, once you’ve submitted this claim form. All valid tax invoices/receipts must reach Brother within 30 days of the claim being registered online to be accepted.

Get your cashback faster with a direct debit into your bank account! **We’ll have your cashback on its way within 5 working days from approval, provided the payment details you’ve given are correct and you’ve opted to be paid directly into your bank account. Please note, if you’ve opted for payment by cheque, you will be paid within 10 working days from approval. This is due to us having to post these and the postal service not operating everyday anymore.
