If you call us after purchase, we'll do the set-up of your printer for you. We have software that allows us to remotely connect to your computer so we can fully set you up – even better, it only takes a few minutes.  

If you have any questions or issues, our 24/7 help desk, based here in New Zealand, is available to you every day of the year – even public holidays. 

We also offer our customers a 4-year on-site warranty on every Brother printer, as long as you’re using genuine Brother inks and toner. “On-site” means if we can’t solve your issues over the phone, we’ll send a technician to you free of charge.  For more information & T&Cs, click here
