Closing the Loop on Recycling

Brother’s long-standing recycling programme provides free, responsible pathways for recycling used consumables and print hardware. Working with Recycling Group since 2008, we ensure valuable materials are recovered and repurposed to reduce landfill waste and promote a circular economy.

Recycle empty consumables

You can recycle a range of Brother consumables at our nationwide drop-off points, including toner cartridges, ink cartridges, drum units, waste toner boxes, labelling cassettes, and soft or hard plastic packaging from consumables. With support from Recycling Group, these materials are collected and repurposed into new products, helping reduce waste and protect the environment.

Recycle an old printer

You can recycle your old Brother printer for free through our nationwide drop-off points. With support from Recycling Group, we make sure every printer is responsibly collected, processed, and recycled to recover valuable materials and reduce e-waste. If you’ve purchased a new Brother printer, you can also use our Printer Pick Up service to request a free courier collection for your old one.
