Help & support with your consumables

Our system tracks consumable levels, monitors devices for servicing needs, and ensures accurate invoicing. When toner, ink, or drums run low, replacements are automatically dispatched, so you always have the necessary supplies on hand.

We also ensure each consumable is correctly allocated to its specific device, preventing issues caused by mismatched products.

What to do with your replacement consumables

Step One

When your replacement consumable arrives, store it somewhere safe and easy to find when it's time to replace it. Only replace the consumable when your device alerts you that a replacement is necessary.

Step Two

Refer to the delivery note (packing slip) attached to the box or inside your courier bag to identify the specific device it is intended for. Using a consumable meant for a different device can cause reporting issues and disrupt the supply of future consumables.

Step Three

Place the old consumable and its packaging into your Brother recycling box. Through our partnership with Recycling Group, Brother's comprehensive recycling programme ensures that materials from used products, such as empty consumables, can be recycled and repurposed into new items.
