Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to attendees of the Tertiary ICT Conference held on 9–11 September 2025.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and employed by a tertiary education organisation in New Zealand.
  • Employees of Brother International (NZ) Limited, PB Technologies, their affiliates, agencies, and immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

  • Complete the Brother Print Check form in full, including your contact details.
  • By entering, you agree that Brother may contact you to discuss your print environment and provide a no-cost print assessment.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Prize

  • The prize is one of three (3) PB Tech vouchers, each valued at NZD $100.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Brother reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Three winners will be drawn at random by Brother within 10 working days of the event closing.
  • Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided on their entry form.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days, a new winner may be drawn.

Use of Information

  • By entering, you consent to Brother using your details for administering this promotion and to contact you about your print environment, including providing a no-cost print assessment.
  • Your details will not be shared with any third party except as required for the administration of this promotion.
  • All personal information will be held in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and Brother’s Privacy Policy.

General

  • Brother’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Brother accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brother will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
