Depending on the model, the serial number can typically be found either on the rear or underneath your Brother product. Your product's serial number will always begin with the letter E (for models purchased in New Zealand).

Serial Number Locations

  • Inkjet/Laser Printers: Rear of the machine
  • Scanners: Rear or back of the machine
  • Label Makers/Label Printers: Base of machine or inside of machine (please remove cartridge)
  • Sewing Machines: Rear of the machine
