After three consecutive years of Great Place to Work® Certification, Brother New Zealand has been recognised as one of New Zealand’s Best Workplaces™ for 2026.
The Best Workplaces recognition evaluates Great Place to Work Certified™ organisations, drawing on confidential employee feedback and information about each organisation’s culture and practices.
For Brother New Zealand, being included on the 2026 list is an important milestone and one made especially meaningful by the role our people played in it.
“This recognition reflects the experience and feedback of our people, so it is something our whole team can be proud of,” says Brother New Zealand Managing Director, Warwick Beban.
“At the same time, we know there is more we can do. The feedback we receive helps us understand what our people value and where we can continue improving.”
Brother New Zealand achieved its third consecutive Great Place to Work Certification earlier this year. The 2026 employee survey found that 82% of employees consider Brother a great place to work, with workplace safety, management integrity, fairness and pride among the strongest results reported.
